DMCA / Copyright Policy

Viboindo responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Filing a takedown notice

To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@viboindo.site including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on Viboindo.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@viboindo.site containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

Viboindo will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
