Records custodian

Viboindo operates as a platform that hosts content produced by third-party performers and studios. With respect to all content for which Viboindo is the producer, records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records.

For content uploaded by third parties, the original producer retains custody of the relevant § 2257 records, and warrants compliance as a condition of using the platform.

Zero-tolerance policy

Viboindo has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content depicting minors. Any such content, or any content lacking valid age documentation, is removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities. See our Content Removal and DMCA policies for reporting procedures.
